Unhappy customer

Why did i go back today? the last 10 or so visits, there have been 7 mistakes ! the most common is getting around the menu as i never seem to get what i order. also, no napkins in takeaway, wrong drink, no stirrers or sugar with drivethru coffee ??? today, tues 4th oct, drive thru quarter pounder combo, got 5 minutes up the road, no fries !!! you don't get what you pay for here at this outlet, so why even go there...back to subway where at least you witness your lunch being assembled.

This is the second time in one month that i have not received what i have ordered and paid for, mcdonald at cleveland i dont recommend at all!
