cannon hill qld store is always filthy, rubbish lying around. staff handling food after handling money. complaints made to staff yet they continue this practice. food on workplace floors and fat spilt onto floor creating dangerous workplace health and safety issues. this happens regularly and is not a one of incident. a serious accident will happen one day as staff literally slide across greasy floor near hot grease vats cooking chips.

Not sure if my previous review went through as i am so cranky i put wrong email address and i am hoping i will get a response. again tonight did not get everything in the bag for takeaway and trust me not happy telling the kids that they have to share the chips instead of having some each like i paid for. i know this sounds petty but this has happened twice in a fortnight and we have only been twice - at least your consistent. we get take away because i have to advise that we find your dining room to always be untidy and the tables very dirty so we come home to eat. tried to call tonight to advise of the error but no-one answered phone(wed 6:15pm)
this is not about chips but about not getting what you have paid for. look forward to a reply??

Where's the rest of the food.

Again not all of the order in the bag. this has happened twice in the last fortnight and we have only been twice in the last fortnight-at least you are consistent. tried to ring and advise but no-one answers the phone (wed night 6.15pm). this becomes really annoying when you are trying to explain to your children why there is only food to share and not each as i ordered and paid for. we get takeaway because i have to admit that your dining room always seems to be untidy and most of the tables very dirty, so i choose to come home to eat. however this is also not an option when you can't rely on the food being in the bag. we may only be talking about chips but why should i pay for something i don't get. will have to see if anyone either bothers to read this and if i get a response!!! not happy!!!

Paid for and picked up, what i thought to be six mcmuffins, 3with sausage and egg,3 bacon and egg, to reach home and find one sausage and egg short. drove back from norman park to pickup the missing item only to get home and find egg missing this time!i believe your staff are having a lend of you and are not trustworthy accountable employees. the time of my purchase was 9.07am on 22/2/09.
is it any wonder people are dropping off from maccas!
