Why do they bother saying 24/7hr service when they clearly lack any intellectual staff to run the store after 11pm. do yourself a favour and go to the mcdonalds at kellyville or kings park instead, skip the headche.

This location has generally been quite convenient however i make a point to give it a miss now. there has just been too many occasions where the food is simply not up to scratch. cold fries, runny ice cream, cold burgers, poor presentation, looked like its been slapped together. i have found the norwest shopping centre faster, even though i have to park as drive thru is also slow.

I travel alot and have visited many mcdonalds restaurants . from a service perspective this has to be the worst restaurant by far. orders are constantly worng - drive thru always takes a long time , and the presentation of the food is horrible . give this particular location a miss. this has happened on many occasions over the past 3 years with no improvement.
