The breakfast/lunch is great quality.
its understaffed - the staff working very hard but you wait forever to be served and receive your food
it very loud at lunch with a small space, music and the frappe machine crunching ice loudly and continously at the front of the restaurant instead of the back kitchen.

I ate here this morning with three friends after a round of golf. i decided to go for some turkish bread with avocado and tomato. this wasn't on the menu but as it is a straight forward meal i thought it would be easy to pull together. when my meal arrived i was served two halves of a tomato that were grilled, three small slices of avocado and four slices of turkish bread. the girl who served us was friendly and the service was fairly prompt for a small cafe.
when we asked for the bill i was stunned to see that they charged me $3.50 for the tomatoes, $3.50 for the avocado and $6.50 for the bread! that's $13.50 for meagre serving of tomato & avocado on turkish bread. oh yeah $3.50 for a little pot of tea also. i asked the girl who served us could she come back with a more reasonable price for the meal so she went off and asked the manager at the time. the manager came out to us and told us that she couldn't change the price as this is what her boss has told to charge for such combinations. we asked her was it reasonable to charge this for considering that bacon and eggs was $10.
as much as i wanted to walk out of the place without paying their ridiculous prices i didn't want to stoop to their level of robbery. all in all i would highly recommend avoiding this place and try some of the other local eateries.

After the recent price hike i've decided not to go there again. coffee below average and over priced. service poor usually wait for 10 mins at an empty counter before being acknowledged. only cafe near
the beach so they have the monopoly.

Has to be one of the best value for money beach side cafe's.
excellent food and the coffee was as good as some of the best inner city cafe's in sydney.
