 Worst service i've had in years

I went here with my brother and fiance at 7pm on a friday night.
they had one waiter on and after waiting patiently for about 10 or 15 minutes for someone to come to us with menus i politely asked the waiter, waited some more, then when that was fruitless, went up to the person behind the register and repeated my request. i was met with 'yes, we have other tables' and our menus came about 5 minutes later.
every drink order we made (about 4 in total) was delivered with a drink missing and because there was only one waiter on the floor (on a friday night) it was diffucult to flag ger down and repeat our request. it probably didn't help that she wasn't writing down anything we ordered.
entrees came at different times, the food was average (definitely nothing 'magic' about them) and when the owner (i believe it was the owner or at least the manager) cleared our table she managed to spill dirty cutlery on my fiance...and didn't even apologise.
worst service ever combined with average food. don't waste your time.

 Real curries at realistic prices

This place is good. it's cosy and the food is authentic. the service is good too. try the madras if you like something spicy. take away is just as good.
