I use to love this shop

Hi there, i use to go to your shop regularly with my friends and as of late the quality and service has gone down hill. just today i went in and order $5 chips with chicken salt when i got home over half the chips were burnt and there was no salt on the chips at all, this is becoming a regular thing especially from the guy that works there by himself on sundays . very disappointed i will no be searching for somewhere else to purchase my food from :(
