This place is an absolute must for pizza and pasta. the food was absolutely devious and excellent value for money. we bought a medium pizza, a small pizza, pasta, 2 garlic bread and 3 cans of drink and it only cost us $42 in total. if we lived in cairns this place would become a regular for us. lovely!!!

I often dine or get takeaway from this cute little well appointed hidden treasure.. i love the food the staff and the value for money.
pasta is fresh, the home style cooking is just amazing and the taste and servings are second to none.
if you want a good meal, at a great price in a clean and humble environment.... this is the place!!!!

If you want great food, fantastic pizzas and pastas, then little italy, sherian street is the place to go. b.y.o, you can dine in or takeaway. we love it. the staff at little italy are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, you don't find customer service in cairns like that very often. highly recommended!!
