Real italian pizza! fresh homemade pasta! i'm of italian heritage and can honestly say how lucky we are to have a restaurant like this in our city.i work in sydney and eat out regularly , and can say that levendi has the best quality price proportion . the place is inviting and we were very happy with the service and atmosphere. i'm so exited that i could purchase fresh linguini to prepare at home.
i'll surely come back!

Someone below wonders 'what the haters r (sic) on about'? having been here twice now i think i am qualified to explain. my first visit was about a month ago and my wife and i enjoyed a prawn dish in a rich sauce, and a reasonably good pizza. we thought, great, a place in dapto that might actually be worth a second visit. on the spur of the moment i went in for two takeaway coffees today, 10th august 2013. after getting my coffees, and heading out the door, the young women behind the counter said 'bye-bye', then laughed, then said bye-bye again to each other twice more and began giggling. incredibly childish and poor business to treat their customers with contempt. as someone who dines out at least two nights a week, they have lost my business for good. i will be telling my friends and family to stay well away from this place, given the rude way in which it treats it's customers.

Im a local in dapto and recently visited levendi dapto for dinner on sunday night with a group of 8 family members. we have heard a lot of great stuff about this restaurant and couldnt wait to experience it. the food was absolutely delicious, we had pizzas, octupus, pasta and drinks. service was very friendly and music was not loud or annoying. i think the best part was the price of the quality meals!!!too cheap which is what i like. i strongly reccommend levendi anyday.

I went to levendi for mother's day with my family. we booked in for 12.30 and never even got our drinks til 1.45. and we only ordered soft drinks. after waiting til 2.20 for our meals we were disappointed not only with the service but the quality of the meals. the staff had no idea where the tables were and we had a few meals brought to our table that we hadn't even ordered . they were very disorganised and even though my daughters wanted sticky date pudding and nutella pizza, we just wanted to get out. we got out of the restaurant at 3pm and then had to work out our own bill because the people before us had not paid their bill and we were told that they can't cash off the till until the bill is paid so they added our bill to the last people. will never go back.

Celebrated my birthday here a couple of weeks ago with my friends and fam, loved it! food and service was great. we couldn't stop raving about the dessert pizzas, yummo!

This was a fantastic place to take the family out. i was absolutely amazed by the ambience of the whole place. you must be blind to give it a low score for that. really liked how they had italian pizza chefs cooking right in front of your eyes. we ordered a marinara pizza and were given real ingredients and boy did that make a difference to any other franchise chain pizza place.
people don't realise what they've got obviously - don't let the ignorance of other people distract you lavendi. you're doing a great thing there! bring one to figgy!!

My husband and i had dinner at levendi not long ago and we were very disappointed. my husband ordered pasta and i ordered their nutella pizza. the pasta lacked ingredients and sauce. my pizza was under cooked tasted like i was eating flour. when we complained to management they just shrugged their shoulders. we will not go back to this restaurant. very expensive meals!!! i can get better food in a wollongong.

Last friday night i finally went for dinner t levendi in dapto, since my friend has been recommending it for a while. i was a little sceptic, being italian i make a big fuss out of pizza and pasta. well, i have to say that, with my big surprise, pizza was authentic and delicious! mamma mia! the atmosphere was nice and friendly, you could here the chefs talking in italian and the pasta was nearly better than mine ;) it was awesome! also i was surprised they had such a good entertainment with the sax guy and the great singer! great place where you can spend your friday night! go dapto, you finally got it!

 First time visit, major disappointment

We went on friday night for the first time as we heard good reviews. service was slow (waitresses were busy talking to each other). my 11y.o. daughter ordered a margharita pizza and they brought her the margharita alcoholic drink! our friend had to ask 3 times for her water. waitress was quite vague and forgetful too. our imported greek beer was past the best before date (was brewed over 1 year ago!). my wife's prawn & asparagus risotto was more like a soup than a risotto. the asparagus was so old it had gone woody. the chewy asparagus fibres were throughout the meal and was inedible. additionally the prawns in the risotto had black spots under the shell, which i do not think is a sign of freshness. however, to give credit where credit is due, the pizzas we excellent. we are not in an screaming hurry to go back there again. there are plenty of other wonderful restaurants in wollongong which are awesome rather than risking a second epic failure at le vendi again.

Second visit to levendi with our kids and we all really enjoyed or meals both times. pasta and pizzas are delicious staff are friendly and atmosphere modern but cosy. well done levendi!!
