We have been regular customers for years. the pizzas are consistently tasty and the owner is always friendly and obliging to our kids. we couldn't recommend la bocca enough, particularly during the day with the nice view of the water. p.s. make sure you try the scenic drive pizza, it's the best!!!

I have been a la bocca customer for years eating in & getting takeaway & i have always been very happy with with food & by there customer service. i started going there after an experience in the pizza **it down the road involving a bug in my food.

I have been here once and the food was awful, staff rude and atmosphere was poor. i literally could not produce enough saliva to chew and swallow our pizza with corn chips on top. dry dry dry

Purchased 3 different takeaway pizzas. the topping was hardly there and maybe 3 prawns on seafood pizza.
very disappointing and never again.

It's a waste if time

We went to celebrate a birthday and it turned out to be the worst restaurant experience ever. first we were given a table in the take-away waiting area because it was "better with the children". our order was taken relatively quickly, but then the waiting began. we waited for 45 minutes without any visit from the staff. our 5 year was getting really hungry. we called the waitress and asked if she could at least check in on the pasta for the kid and reminded her about the spoon we asked earlier to feed the baby. 15 minutes later there was no update, no pasta and no spoon. we got and left. when i paid the corcage fee, i complained to a staff member. she didn't offer any apology or any response. the manager walked by and i expressed again my dissatisfaction about the service. he flatly told me that everyone had to wait. we walked over the street to a thai restaurant and had within minutes food for the kids, better value for money and much better service. la bocca doesn't have polite staff, no ambiance and is not recommended for families.
