Bad management

Went to this kfc twice since its in a good & easy-access location. food is ok but the management is not good. we waited at counter for 5 min. before we were served even though there were staff standing in the kitchen doing nothing. also the store is dirty tables are not wiped and floor looked as though they haven't been cleaned for weeks. its a shame to see their business run down simply because of bad management.

Missing order !!

This is the second time this week that i have been short ordered. last week i was missing the twister in twister combo, i returned to store, and young assistant apologised as he had forgotten to put it in !! last night part of my order was a dinner for 2, which should have been 5 pieces of chicken. ther where only 4 pieces! also there where no spoons for the potatoe gravey/coleslaw and no refresher towels !!!
