I agree the service at the front desk can be slow. it is the same in nearly every fast food place especially at this time of year. not so much slow but usually busy.as for dolphinleee's comment about dumb kids only working there for drugs. you are way way out of line and should keep your big mouth shut if you can only write a review that is attacking in this way. i know alot of the kids that have worked there and no they don't work for their drugs. they are young kids after a bit of pocket money. are they good enough at their job? you have the right to comment on that but not on their personal lives when you don't know them at all. as far as i'm concerned your comment should be wiped off this page.

Well ralee you are so right its now 2012 and things still havnt changed, they must only hire dumb kids that are only working for there drugs. sorry but the workers are so so so bad giving wrong change, missing food...( all the time it happens)

Living in the area - every few months i go to kfc to see if the service or quality has changed and every time i am disappointed. they are either very slow - have run out of things like wicked wings (even when there is no-one in the shop) - forget to put your correct order in your takeaway (when going through drive through) chips are cold or chicken is pink and under done.. then the other day the person serving at the counter could not grasp the basics in customer service and was unable to assist with simple product questions to the point that another worker had to step in and assist as the server did not know the kfc menu. i asked in sympathy if she was a trainee she said no she had worked there for months...
