 Always something wrong with the order

I live local and everytime i go to kfc at rockdale, the person serving me is either not paying attention or not listening to me when i give them the order. its like they are spaced out or on drugs. i have to repeat the order up to four times - and i speak english absolutely perfectly with no accent or speach impediment - and i have a loud clear voice. after this i check the order and nine times out of ten it is wrong. the final straw comes when the person serving me drops all the food into the bag like they are potatoes, lifts the bag and the gravy goes sideways and is ready to spill. i do not think it is the fault of the young girls serving - its the fault of upper management - placing managers in the store that have not even cracked 25years old and they in turn put these untrained, inexperienced girls in the firing line with customers.

I'd say i'm a regular visitor at kfc rockdale, stopping about once a week. with all honesty, i thought the service was absolutely fantastic. the employers were incredibly polite and my meal arrived on time. the best time to go would be when the store isn't busy, in order to avoid a long wait and were service is at it's best. overall, i'd recommend this store to all you kfc lovers!

very disappointing store from cleanliness perspective, both in main floor and bench area, bathrooms that really need a thorough clean which looks like it hasn't happened in detail in weeks to months, and the garden areas strewn with wrapper litter- overall worst i have seen in a fast food chain

Every time i have been to your store there is something wrong with my order or something is missing...for the price i am paying it is totally unacceptable to arrive home after a long day at work expecting to eat what i have paid for only to find that is not so. tonight for example i ordered a breast peice of chicken a regular chips and a signature range burger...i got half a peice of chicken and i say this because it was no bigger than half the palm of my hand it had no bones it it so im assuming it was a peice that had fallen off a bigger peice of chicken, my burger had one tiny peice of chicken in it and i didnt even receive the chips. i paid close to 15 dollars for a sub standard burger and half a peice of chicken. not impressed and wont be coming back!
