Poor quality

My partner and i are regular customers at your glenelg store and have always been satisfied with your quality of our meals. as of tonight (3/8/2013) we were very disappointed with the standard of the meals we had purchased. my partners ultimate tower combo was a very rushed job as it was sqaushed and sloppy, as with the chicken fillet inside the burger was like rubber to the point where he could not just easily bite through. very shocked on presentation and state his meal was made and did not eat most of it as it was that bad to eat. as for my meal i got the 3 piece feed, all 3 bits of chicken were damaged to the point where i recieved chunks out of all 3 pieces (leg, wing & rib) and cooked to crisp. the dinner roll in that deal was hard as a rock, potato and gravy was slightly cold/hard in the middle and runny around the sides. we have never been so disgusted with our meals from your franchise to the point where i had the need to let your company know.
