Approximately 2-3months ago i wrote to you very unhappy as we had gone through the drive through of a kfc store a number of times and each time there was something missing from our order, i was told that a representative would contact me and never heard from anyone.... very disappointed as it costs us a small fortune everytime we purchase an order. i will never buy kfc again & neither will my family.

The last four times we have been to the north rockhampton store that upon reaching home with our meal, we have had a number of items left out of our meal and then when we have tried to phone the store no one answers the phone. we always spend atleast $50 on our meals and this is very disappointing.
