Absolutely disgusting. the chicken was burnt; the quantities woeful & the service just as bad.
chicken strips looked liked they'd been cut in half. the popcorn chicken snackbox wasn't even half full. the burnt crust left the minisule piece of chicken inside dry & inedible.
even after we corrected an error in the order, the person failed to change it. we had to wait for service despite there being noone in the store.
an absolute disgrace.

Burnt dry chicken

My husband just ordered a family bucket then drove home,, every piece of chicken was burnt, the chicken was very very dry and uneatable,,last month we ate here as well, and chicken was not that much better, and i ended up with a stomach bug, a few hours after eating here, never again will i or my family be eating here again also why do costumers have to wait so long after ordering. this kfc is the worst i have seen for service and food quality, time to keep up with the rest of the outlets.

The few times i have been to this takeway, i have vowed never to go back due food quality(small, overcooked, dry,and not generally hot), prep and service(if you could call it that). then after a long period i'ii try again ending the same result. will never go back now. tell all not to go there as they will be disappointed.

Bloody disgraceful

Watched a girl spray flyspray all over the hot food area, preparation area, while my food was sitting below the spray.. expressed my disgust and was assured she was spraying out the front not the back but i know what i saw and it was the mist going all over the prep counters..
bloody disgrace.. the manager definitely needs to be informed...

I cant belive i had to ask to be served as staff members hid away drinking smoothies and avoiding work one girl even got to the counter and i thought great im about to get served but she got to within 2 foot of the counter and walked off so with that i ask the one busy staff member if i could get served she then asked for help and the same girl came back and served me and carried what seemed like a chip on her shoulder as if it was a huge hassle? piss poor service and i wonder if the manager knows that this is going on ?

I was not very happy about the food i receive from the store. i order a snack box of popcorn chicken, and a few other snack boes and it was all dry, small for the value was only a 1/4 full, chips were dry as well. as a customer i would of through i was getting better value for my money. on the date of 27th december 2011
