Disappointing

I ordered a bacon and cheese zinger burger, i got home and got a zinger burger, i then returned the item and was asked am i sure there was no bacon and cheese on it, i then had to open the burger to prove it, i got a new burger and it was an original patty not a zinger i then asked for it to be replaced with a zinger and ended up with a hard old chicken zinger patty. the standard has sure slipped in years.

I really wish hot and spicy chicken would stay its the only one i like i buy it 3 -5 times a week but since its gone i dont go at all think of ur customers
