The oil used in the fryers consistently tastes old as if it hasn't been changed in days. it probably resembles used motor oil and makes the food taste so bad! not good enough! also service can be very slow. perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the staff are just kids that are probably being paid >$5 an hour! pathetic!

Went in asked for a bucket of chicken.
got a tonne of attitude about pieces and that we cannot select pieces. these people can rot in bankruptcy for this level of service.

I am appalled by the lack of health standards your store displays. the environment is always of rather good standards however the employees are questionable. tonight while ordering my food, the male employee who was serving me wiped his nose with his hands and fingers at least 4 times while handling my food. i regrettably say that i walked out of your store feeling sickened by the event and question whether this is a place i would ever go back to. i am not a confrontational person preventing me from saying something at the time and paying for food i threw out almost immediately, however i felt it necessary to raise my concern to whom it may concern, thank you.
