Today at lunchtime 2/09/2013 why would you only have 1 staff member and a trainee on took more than 10 minutes to be served ordered sweet chilli combo meal chips were only warm and the chicken was dry what salad that was on there looked like it was thrown in there lettuce was all i got for god sake put more staff on and it would be nice if your staff actually smiled once and awhile including whoever was in charge she looked she was only half interested!!!!

 Failure by counter staff

Today at lunchtime i had a take away at the kfc - the glen.
when i took the order i asked the girl at the counter whether she has got everything for the order.
the meal cost was $27.95 (with special voucher), and was paid by credit card. the invoice no. 014466.
the meal was missing two large chips that should have been included.
i went back to the shop met the same staff, got the chips.
however the staff wasn't apologetic for the mistake indeed i was treated like an intruder.
making this type of error when someone is taking away food is very disappointing.
i am interested to know the reason why kfc did not have the courtesy to acknowledge the mistake.
