Avoid avoid avoid! this store messed up my order the store manager refused to correct it told me to go ahead and complain to head office and walked away, rude rude rude!!! pull your head in kfc, bad managers lead to bad staff and unhappy customers!

This kfc would have to be the worse 1 in qld. 2 times now they have not given me the right amount of chicken. can they count 2 nine.. also large chips a never full. can't believe i get sucked back into that store. never again. don't go there use another kfc. just read other reviews for this store. chris

I only go to kfc everton park when i'm dog tired after work and can't bring myself to cook anything. in other words, only when i'm desperate. i was tonight. as they almost always leave something out, i've learned to check the bag to make sure it's all there. i always have to go back and prompt them to give me everything i paid for. tonight, we checked, and everything seemed there. when we got home, my zinger works burger was original recipe and there was no pineapple on it. i nearly burst into tears. do i really have to unwrap the burger and inspect the fillings as well as count the boxes of chips and pieces of chicken? yes i do! ffs this is outrageous. i called a number of times, but no one answered the phone. just fyi: i have never gone in there and seen a staff member who looked like they were over 18. most staff members look 15yrs old, max, and they're not supervised.

This store is my local , as such i am a regular, but not anymore, on most occassions the order is missing something, on a recent visit i ordered and paid for a meal only to discover when i got home that half of what i paid for wasnt in the box, i subsequently phoned the branch and spoke to the manager (a term i use loosely for this clown) his name was matt, whose response was "ohh well we make mistakes sometimes" i said that is not good enough, i paid for a complete meal and i expect to be compensated , he then promised to post a voucher to my home to compensate for their complete and utter contempt of my complaint...some 2 weeks later the promised voucher has not arrived...that shouldnt really surprise me given the level or should i say "lack of" service generally provided by this store....get your act together !!!! i get so frustrated i comtemplated going into the drive thru and just turning the car off so that no other poor sucker gets ripped off by these incompetent fools.

Ok,so it my fault for ordering a salad. they took 12 minutes to make it, i felt like driving off but they had my money. then i get home and eat mine, without the dressing that wasn't supplied and my wife as where her chicken was. all she had was skin. every time we go there same deal, bugers cold and takes a lot longer to get food then any other drive through. staff walking around with confused looks on face's. do your self a favor and drive up stafford road and go to red rooster.

Kfc at everton park is always baaaad!!! they have poor service and the burgers are never good - they have missed cheese on my burger the past 2 vists. it's time they employed some staff who can provide customer service!!

I`m unhappy to have to disclose how disappointed i am in my last purchase of dinner for my family.
i ordered the largest family pack on offer with extra chips at a cost of nearly $40 to find when i get it home all the chicken was raw and uncooked and in fact still bleeding.
i new something wasn`t right when the young male employee handed me the order through the drive through window with a half smart smirk on his face.
i know its common practise to hire young ens in all fast way outlets now days which is fine so long as there is dilligant supervision on them........after all you`ve got them handleing our food.
