I have a child that works at this kfc. i am a manger myself and if i swore and treated my employees like the children are treated in this store my employees would be walking out the door seeking industrial advice. i certainly wouldn't blame them. the children are not allowed to leave unless the particular manager allows them to despite the parent waiting for them. i had to walk into the store and tell the manger that my child is leaving. the children are made to lift heavy boxes if sensible manual handling practices are attempted such as using trolleys etc. the children are told to hurry up. if they burn themselves they are told to get back to work regsrdless that they have been burnt. as you can see extremely poorly manged by inexperienced young adults. not all the managers are tainted with this brush however the owner of this franchise should be more responsible and be aware of what is happening in this store.

Came in to eliazbeth store at eliazbeth way.and ordered large family meals as have 9 children and 4 adults living here, and when got home at lewiston, all the chicken was all burnt and the chicken fell to pieces the chips wernt cooked and limp.just not happy.

Got a order threw the drive threw and got out the car and the box collapsed and my food ended up on the floor and i rang to let them know and was greated by a very rude manager name kerry from elizabeth store not happy with her attitude
