Horrible service

Was shopping in the stockland store today at kfc, ordered our food at 10.55 and still waiting for it now (25minutes) not enough staff on, no appoligies for the wait. customer service at this store is appauling no one even is looking at us just being ignored. wont be shopping at kfc anymore this is bullshit. still havnt got our food, now been waiting half hour
