The product is always excellent and the team is very helpful. i have no complaints about the service speed like previous comments. best kfc i have been to and won't go to any other. it is constantly good and i always leave very satisfied.

This particular kfc has extemely slow drive-thu service. in addition to this, almost every time i have ordered, they have made a mistake and either missed something in the order. i have officially complained to both the store and head office (which was then dealt with by head office). however this has not improved the service at all - which is the main issue. very disappointed, i will even drive now to kedron due to the mistakes.
