Poor service poor quality of food

This is the third or fourth time we have visited this store only to wait in the queue for over ten minutes to receive poor quality food. the chicken is fatty and poorly cooked the food was placed in bags whilst waiting on other poorly cooked food to be prepared and boxed very disappointing and will put in a complaint. the manager of the store does not run a very tight ship.

Raw chicken strips

Just waited in kfc capalaba drive through line for over 10 minutes to receive raw chicken strips. not only is kfc expensive, but when you can't even eat what you have paid for its even worse. i would buy dinner from this kfc once a week. will never return.
