Not happy kfc!!! order no. 1022 booval 30-06-12

Ok.. we always buy the 10 piece hot and spicy dinner box for our family. i would have thought that 10 means 10 and not 9. i tried phoning the booval kfc but no reply. the reason why i phoned was due to times before in not getting hot and spicy when we asked for it only to get home to find we had regular kfc, so she said phone to let her know.. ya sure.. i just tried that until it rang out... i now ask as the window if they have hot and spicy since on a number of occasions i get to the pickup window only to be told they do not have hot and spicy.. we do not like regular, our 3 year old does not like regular.. so we have waisted our time. at least the last time a nice guy told us they did not have hot and spicy... pick your act up kfc or i will pass my concerns onto the the governing authorities in fair trading. out little girl is 3 and she even knows how to count to 10.... john
