Worse customer service ever seen.
we had an advanced booking. i invited 3 friends for dinner to celebrate my b?day.
our booking was at 7pm, once we arrived there. a waiter (male) came to us within 2 min to take order, we needed time to discuss and set the order, we told him we were not ready to order yet, he kept coming all the time and made faces, finally at the end he said we have to order quick because there is another booking at 8pm in same table. so we have to finish everything in an hour. well there wasn?t anything said when i made my booking that i have to leave my table by 8pm. on complaining to the restaurant manager according to him there was no booking at 8pm. very disappointed with the services we had to leave the restaurant without having our dinner. will not recommend any one for kefi greek restaurant.

 Dining experience i'd rather forget!!

After booking a month in advance we were very disappointed to be seated directly in front of the front door blocking access to other diners in case of an emergency!! we asked to be moved and even though there appeared to be several free tables were told moving us was not possible. food is reasonably good and plenty of it but the service was beyond acceptable. our mains were brought out to our table while we still had all our dirty dishes from our entree still sitting on table in front of us!!! when we asked that our entree dishes please be removed before they commence serving our mains the waitress became quite agitated and dropped some,lucky for her,empty glasses. we commented on the service being not as good as we'd anticipated and this was meet with very negative body language from the waitress. when i later requested a drink i was asked by waitress who brought it to table if it "was ok, or do i have a problem with that to". i have never felt so insulted and will never dine there again. i was bitterly disappointed that she felt that it was necessary to make such a comment to a customer. rudness at any level is unacceptable.

Good value and quality with a family atmosphere. massive amount of food in line with the greek tradition. have been many times before and will continue going back. very impressed
