The first time we bought fish and chips here we thought this was the best fish and chip shop around but of late around six months ago and this evening we bought 2 bits of fish and chips but the fish was so horrible half got thrown away as had very strong stinky dark coloured meat very thin very dry batter very dry and very small for the price you pay first time ever have i complained but definately not value for money or even edible shall find some were else as i want to enjoy my meal not eat or go hungry this fish and chip shop is not the same it used to be

Unfortunately since new management it has been really hit and miss. just paid $20 for 2pieces of threadfin salmon that barely found amongst the batter it was barely 2mm thick. even though when i got home and called to complain i was offered a replacement, i was also given excuses that husband normally cut the fish he's away and she's having to do everything, she's never cut fish before and she thought the fish looked a bit thin when cut it! why would i want a replacement if its just going to be the same and it's not the customers fault that you have no idea what your doing! maybe you should hire a replacement in the meantime before you lose your customers!
