On 03/10/2012, i drove into drive through at 9pm to buy 2 reg thickshakes. i was stuck in there for over 25min's. the car that was 2 cars in front ordered a humungus order.but instead of asking them to park round the front- while they serve the others in drive through, they made everyone wait. when i got to the window i had to tell the manager how he should have handled that situation. i wouldnt move until he gave us some free stuff to conpensate for the long wait.
then on 4/10/12 went into hungry jacks to buy a quick breakfast for me and my daughter. omg! that turned into a nightmare too - we waited for 20 min for 2 egg and bacon meals - one of which was really burnt and short of a hash brown in the bag. went back in for the hash brown - waited another 5min for more to cook!!!! - unbelievable crappy service. really dissapointed cause i love hungry jacks food.

 Beef patties instead of vegi patties

We have ordered four take away vegetarian burger from wentworthville hungry jacks located on great western high way.
one of the burger found beef patty. i really socked about of this big mistake.
could you contact as quickly as possible on 0405477554
this type of mistake not acceptable.
if responsible person won't contact asap i will contact authority about this of severe mistake.
