 Once again appalling drive through service

After my partner was made to wait for an extremely long time in the drive through we are greatly disappointed to get our food home (no more than three minutes down the road) and find that the chips are half empty and quiet literally stone cold, the drink is barely over half full and the cookies & cream storm desserts have not even been blended/mixed, which they even have a specially design appliance especially for that purpose. all round the experience was appalling and unpleasant.

Fantastic!!! had my sons birthday there, and was so happy with the quality of service, and even their food was better than other hungry jacks i've been to, the girls were wonderful, couldn't put a price on the day, they made the day great would definitely come next year! you will not be dissapointer.
