Having just picket up 2 bacon deluxe burgers and 1 angus bacon burger from the minto store i arrived h ome (4 minutes) to discover all were cold, the 2 bacon burger patties were burnt and had obviously been sitting for some considerable time. the fact there was no one in the store and no one waiting should have warned me not to purchase. daniel the store manager tonight asked if i wanted replacements but i declined as i was not interested in returning to the store. he just said sorry and that was that. having had hungry jacks previously (not for some time) we were very disappointed. please respond to this email preferably by phone so i may voice my concerns to a real person and not just a paper trail. thank you. mrs treve bird. my home phone number is 96035962. what if i did not have a mobile phone. i could not have send this email. bad, bad, bad
