I?ve been ordering from homestead pizza for the past 10 years, service, staff, food and prices were unbelievably good, until a month ago where every week i?d order pizza and see a hair in it, under cooked, all over the place, garlic bread was so bad not even a dog would eat it, absolutely disgrace what homestead pizza has become now, staff works in thongs, no gloves unhygienic. absolutely horrific

Pizza arrived completely wrong, and they refused to replace it. i got offered a 90c refund on a family pizza that they deliver incorrectly.
disgusting behaviour upon my attempts to sort this with them. they blatantly called me a liar.
i'm usually a regular customer of this pizza place but am now so disgusted i won't be buying from them again.

Placed order and was rang back saying two of the meals were going to take ? hour and that they would home deliver in 45 minutes . waited another hour no delivery. so i rang back asked to hold had no choice the girl just put the phone down. she she finally came back and told me that they were short on drivers. at this stage i?m fuming and the girl said that it would be another 20 minutes. well its now 45 minutes since i rang back complaining. the customer service is absolutely disgusting very rude. when i asked for the managers name she told me it was peter. so i asked her what his surname was now can anyone tell me that they do not know the surname of there boss . no i will never order from there again.
oh by the way still .
