The pizza here was fantastic. the base was light and didn't give you that heavy feeling after eating it. the toppings were delicious too. the mexican was particularly nice & the kids loved the ham & pineapple. i normally don't like pizza but i would definitely eat here again.

This is the best place for pizza on the south coast. tonight we had the mexican and it was by far the best pizza i have ever eaten, highly recommend it not too spicy and the sour cream just tops it off. every time we go there to eat it's just so friendly and inviting. always greeted with big smiles. the kids love watching the pizza being cooked in the wood oven. price wise i really think you get value for money. much better then the generic pizza places.

Service was good, pizza tasted ok, but fairly pricey and next to no topping, no delivery. for the price paid you would expect for there to be more than 2 pieces of pepperoni and cabanossi on each slice on the supremo and more 5han 4 strands of ham on the islanda. they must be making a fortune!! will not be returning to that pizza shop!

Its great to watch nick the italian pizza man work the paddle in the wood fired pizza oven. being an ex pastry chef nick has a great understanding of dough making
technique, so you get nice thin crisp dough with air pockets around the edge. topped the authentic italian way, minimal so you can actually taste each ingredient.
don't go to heat if you want a franchise type pizza (over loaded & soggy).
if you want a traditional italian pizza, then you are in pizza heaven. (try their dessert pizza's).

Ordered the sombrero + meat lovers, it is bam packed full of great flavours and are the best pizzas i have had, and is very reminiscent of italy because they don't overcrowd the pizza with too many toppings, very happy will go back again

Crispy thin base was good but downhill from there. ordered supremo and received what looked and tasted like a pepperoni and cheese .... no other visible ingredients ...the smallest possible quantities were probably in there but the result was no texture and very little flavor .... no ham and 4 pieces of cabanossi ???? in this instance the larger franchises have your number .... at twice the price and no delivery they also have my money .....

sorry guys you lost me though i had the meat pizza that it is meant to have 5 meats not just one. it was covered in pepperoni which i do like, but only 3 small pieces of chorizo on 2 pieces of the pizza and i could see any of the other advertised meats. the pizza should be renamed to pepperoni and as one it wasn't bad.
however, doesn't cut it as a meat pizza for me though at $18 when the competition put more meat on for $7.95, anyway good luck with your pizzas guys.

This is the best woodfired pizza on the south coast we tell all our friends in the act great service ,the friendliest and most helpful staff drop in for a chat you are always greeted with the best smile from geraldine,nick and the crew at heat the pizza is the ultimate i wouldnt go anywhere else !!!!

We drive 4 hours for heat!!!

We are from sydney and we drive 4 hours to our caravan at least once a month. we always look forward to ordering our pizza on the way through. we just love heat's pizza's - we are huge pizza lovers and we have not found anything even close to heat - delicious!! the staff are very friendly and we love watching our pizzas being cooked in the wood fire. we highly recommend you order a pizza next time you are in batemans bay.
