I sent my order wrong thing the wrong phone number
100% customer fault as store sent out first order and per store policy i was sent an sms. the phones number i entered was wrong. called after an hour my first order wasn't sent out. i ended up calling they sent out a fresh order. fantastic customer service l, quick delivery & the pizza is amazing
the crust perfect! 1st time ordering but will definitely order again from hanson rd pizza

 Shocking delivery time and burnt food

Our food took 1hr and 45 minutes to be delivered, and when it arrived it was burnt black, and near cold. when we rang to see if it was still coming, no apology for the delay or anything! $10 surcharge for delivery and delivery man was so rude. he knocked by banging coke bottle on screen door which shook it up so we couldnt open it for ages. food too burnt to eat :( very disappointed.

I ordered a family size vegetarian pizza and everyone who ate it, including only one of my dogs, got diarrhoea. the dog that didn't eat it didn't get diarrhoea. very bad news. a food inspector should assess the kitchen. extremely disappointed.

I agree with t-bags comment earlier [25/9/2010]... pizzas are great but the lady who takes the orders over the phone is soooo rude i hang up and order elsewhere if she picks up...shame! also they pre base the pizza dough with tomato paste so you can't have bbq sauce only on top. they are very generous with cheese & topping though.

I lovee the pastas and the ckn snitzel with chips an gravy!!! but there gravy is often got to much of a herb flavour! but still i keep goin back there cause the rest oof there food is best!!
as for coustomer service the lady that answers the phone an takes the order is very rude an comes across nasty. big let down. all in all awesome!

I've been buying my pizzas from hanson road pizza bar for over 20 years. there's always lots of topping, the cheese stretches like pizza cheese should and their prices are great too. every now and then if i'm out of their area i might get a pizza from somewhere else, but then i'm disappointed by sparse toppings, mistakes in delivery and over-pricing. hanson road pizza bar has never let me down. if you love flavour i recommend the hanson special, try one and your mouth will water everytime you think of it in future!
