The best fish and chips in the area. the prices are brilliant, and the food is even better. the staff are a lovely bunch as well. i really have nothing bad to say. i recommend it.

We have been coming to guildford fish & chips for about ten years and always found them to be the best in the midland area. in the last 6 months they have gone down hill big time. prices have gone up, serving sizes have gone down. tonight was the icing on the cake. i waited 25 minutes in the shop to get my order, people who ordered after me got their food first. when i got it home it was all undercooked, hardly any chips, the prawns were raw in the middle and inedible. will not be going back!!

 Shocking new owners

This used to be our favourite fish & chips, but the new owners are shocking inept. from the poor service to the poorly cooked food. grilled fish was barely cooked, as were the chips. they got the order wrong in spite of reading it back to us. chips smelt funny and even the way it was wrapped showed a lack of professionalism. worst fish & chips i've had anywhere in the world!
don't go there.
