Some chipperies are doing the new lighter coloured chips that are (supposedly) better for you. these guys don't - they make the best tasting chips, old school - and they're cooked perfectly. i'm a local, and i love this joint.

The chips were soggy, the fish was really small. there was a hair on my chips and the service took forever. let's just put it this way, greenbrook fish 'n' chips never again!
