Absolutely fantastic. i love this place, most amazing service. hard to find somewhere with exceptional customer service but the gourmet box never fails to amaze me with their friendly and helpful staff.

We had a large group lunch in november at the gourmet box and we all had to say the serve and food was first class. the prices was a lot cheaper then the boat harbour and with better service. we will be back maybe with a larger group.

After being charged $15 for a sandwich and a drink i wasn't even asked if i would like to eat in. it was just assumed i would be taking my food away. the woman serving obviously thought a neat and presentable tradesman wasn't the sort of clientele she wanted gracing her hallowed cafe. reflecting on this while i ate my sandwich i found a chicken bone in it, normally i would just sit it to one side and finish the rest but the snobby attitude of the woman serving plus the price of a sandwich made me feel i should let them know, which i did so in as nice a manner as possible of course to be met with a withering look from the same woman... won't be spending my hard earned there again. sandwich was ok, just a little dry.
