Over all disgusting, foods disgusting and oily, unclean look about the place, no gloves or hairnets no washing hands after collecting money just pure bad id put it on the same level as rizzos

We are new to ballarat, and after trying a few we have finally found our perfect fish and chip shop!
our phone order was ready 5 minutes after the call, and the food was hot, yummy and very good quality. i had a piece of flake that was to die for. potato cakes were crispy and melt in your mouth.
the shop was clean and tidy, and the staff friendly. our food was well priced, and they even threw in the traditional extra potato cake.
we will definately be back!

This shop has been taken over by new owners since the bad comments on here were made. the shop has improved heaps, their food is good value, on time and yum :)

Visiting your bussiness the other night i was appalled at the fact that there is little hygene, meaning that a young girl served a customer and took her money and then proceeded to get the food without washing her hands first, money has all sorts of germs on it, im amazed that you dont wear gloves because most fast food bussinesses do these days..im not complaining about your food it is good but i wont be shopping there again because of what i saw as far as hygene went.my thoughts on the taking of money is, just have one taking the orders and money..and not preparing food.
