This is a decent place. as the title says, it had its ups and downs. the food is pretty good (not completely authentic chinese) and for a good price. the restaurant itself, however, seems a little worse for wear. the service wasn't very good. there was a 30 minute gap between first meal arrival and last meal. overall, l'd give it a little over average score.
