Wow what a horrible experience i had at go sing. was enjoying a great night at first .. great spring rolls and what i thought to be great dimsims, well that was until i cut my second in half and found a great big ant inside of it. we told the very rude waitress very quietly of our lovely discovery, to which we received no apology and were told that we would recieve that dish free (wow thanks $5 off for almost consuming a bull ant the size of a 5c peice) ... after finding this, we were brought our mains almost immediately- giving us no time to tell the waitress we would have preferred to leave... after a distasteful, tainted mouthful of black bean beef, my partner and i confirmed that we could no longer continue eating ....
as i was really disatisfied at my experience, i asked the same waitress whether she could sort something out with the bill considering we ate nothing more then dim sims and diet coke. i was told she would ask the owner... still no apology.
a smaller lady came over to me, didn't introduce herself as the manager and told me a 10% discount was the best she could do... leaving my bill above 40. i explained my concern- we couldn't eat our meals, we were extremely put off after finding such a thing in our meals and i was not going to pay 40+ for a meal i didn't touch.... or receive an apology over. my concerns were irrelevant supposably, as all the so called manager cared about was that her waitress must-of apologised and i was so wrong for saying any different.... she then laughed in my face. seeing that she had a line of customers forming behind me at the counter, the owner now joined us.. no apology from her either. after defending my situation and being blatently refused any compromise, my tone was increasing... i will assume that the line of customers behind me were the only reason i was able to leave that restaurant without paying a cent... they wouldn't have liked the fact that the takeaway they were getting could have potential bug content.
if i could advise- if you love ants and other creepy crawlies in your dinner then go to go sing.... but if you are like me and refuse to be fed natures degenerates, do not walk through the door... i would not be writing this if the situation had been handed professionally... but the fact that the 'manager' laughed in my face and accused me of lying, makes me extremely angry. as a food lover, i do not think they should be able to treat their patrons in such a manner and still expect money. pure rudeness!

We've been coming to go sing for years and will continue to because their food is delicious and after all these years, still tastes the same - just the way we like it ;d recommend the satay prawns - best satay sauce!!

I've been a regular customers for years now, and can say their standards have remained the same all this time. excellent quantity, great tasting chinese food, staff are always friendly! i recommend the satay chicken.

Easliy the best asain experiance ive had in a long time. highly recommomend go sing for family dinners,functions and a takeaway lunch. friendly staff and good sized tasty dishes.

Have been to the gosing restaurant a couple of times now for takeaway and have found the staff friendly, the service great, the restaurant clean & tidy, the food really good and it is always busy with customers whenever i am there.

Granted this place is kind of tackey like all good chinese resturants and the food was awesome. if you go to this place, which i recommend you do, just know the serving sizes are good if you dine in.

I was extreamly dissapointed at the quality of my meals didnt recieve what i paid for and when i rang to ask for what i paid for i was hung up on which i believe was very disrespectful the dim sims were discusting i have been to many chinese takeaways and until now was pleased with there service until i went to go sing ipswich
