Horrible service, takes 2 hours to get a delivery thats not even a 2 min drive away from the shop, pizza almost cold when you get it, ordered yiros and completely got it wrong and when rang about it refused to refund or get a new one because they said thats what was ordered, which is complete crap its always the same order, which is supposed to be recorded, horrible service never getting anything from here again, i suggest other people avoid them too see how they like being treated like a piece of dirt!!

The pizza place genova's here has the rudest manager/owner ever!!! he has p'd me off completely!!! i really wanted some bread sticks, easier then a pizza to make, it's a small pizza crust buttered sliced before cooking. the man wouldn't even let me finish telling him how they were made before telling me "no if it's not on the menu i won't make it" ..... no sorry miss we don't have butter, no sorry but we don't make anything if it's not on the menu.... but straight rude tone "no if it's not on the menu we won't make it!!! how rude is that?? and i tell ya it is easier to make then a freaking pizza!!! i will never go there again!! not now, not in 2 years, not ever!!!!
