 Disappointed this time with their service

Had to wait 60 mins for my order tonight after ringing in an order and being told it would be 15-20 minutes wait. paid for gravy, didn't receive and had to wait another 5 minutes off them to make it. by the time i got it home it was all cold.
usually the service is really good.
