Just had take away from gawler palace chinese restaurant, we ordered several dishes for everyone to try, did not like one dish. some were edible some went straight in the bin. the beef chow mien and the steamed dim sims were the worst. would not recommend and will not be going back. the worst food experience i have had in a very long time.

I read the reviews and ordered. the food was terrible...very little flavour. salt and pepper squid was soggy and forget the short soup. worst i have ever had.

The short soup is a winner with the little one, the tom yum soup is devine. the food is really nice, the staff are friendly and quick!! the only complaint is the pad thai noodles are a bit hit and miss (dry and bland of late). other wise a winner with the whole family!!

They have beautiful chicken omelets, which is surprising because they are a chinese restaurant you wouldn?t think of an omelet being a chinese dish, but there just to die for. try one today.
