Without a doubt the best pizza i've had in my life. i have tried many pizzerias that are considered the best in melbourne and none satisfied me as much as fontana pizza. the pizza that i order is not on the menu. apparently it is a new one that will be released with a host of other new pizzas in a few months. it had eggplant, artichoke chunks, roasted red capsicum a spicy salami, fresh roma tomato, basil leaves under the ingredients, bocconcini and a light application of cheese with a light drizzling of chili at my request. this combination of fresh ingredients is mouth watering. dough is perfect, reasonably thin without being too thin.
