The preparation, taste itself is very good but i was very disappointed with their customer service and from their managers behaviour. i ordered barramundi grilled first time which we really liked so we ordered another one and then we have to wait for 30 mins. when i approached one of their staff member as to what's the status of my order i didnt get any response. despite of this staff members were busy talking with each other. i was just standing like a fool and looking at them. moreover manager of the store was busy talking too with a lady. i again approached a staff member and they said they are not sure about the order. i asked their manager whats going on and she had no response as she was busy talking to same lady. i handover my coupon to a staff member and said keep it with you and keep the money with you as i dont want anything. i was seriously disappointed with the servive and with the behaviour of staff members. no doubt food is good but with this terrible service i belive that some other customer can experience this kind of service again so i would request to the owner please take extra care and should train the staff members. thank you.
