 Great food, poor service

Since going to this fish shop i cannot fault the food. tje service on the other hand could be alot better.
i placed my order and sat there for a good 10 minutes before the girl even thought about putting my food on to cook.
if i hadn't of paid for it i would of walked right out of there.
this is an ongoing problem at this fish shop, so come on guys.. dont spoil good food with bad service..
people dont want to be waiting around for ages because you have lazy young girls working in your business. maybe an employee overhaul might be on the cards!

After searching and trying out lots of the local fish and chip shops in ballarat our work fish and chip club found terry and micheles'eureke take away to be the best for taste,service,and great value. we have been back every week for the last 3 years or so.

The food put on by terry and his staff are simply the best around ballart. the service is friendly an they always aim to please. voted no.1 takeaway by a poll by 3ba radio its easy to see why. definitly worth a try. ps. there battered mars bar with cinnimon is great!
