The new owners have really picked up... fast delicous pizza, i loved it soo much & such fresh product ... beautiful dessert pizza aswell... the pizza is amazing id never go anywere else :d

Without a doubt the worst pizza going!!! smothered in horrible bbq sce and the base is almost completely raw.
what a joke for a pizza bar,my cousin is 5 and could make a better pizza.
do yourself a favour keep walking go into woolworths buy the cheapest frozen pizza bang it in the oven and i guarantee it will taste better,be quicker,and a hell of a lot cheaper.
dont know how this business is still going ??

Absolute joke of a business. 20 minutes late. 70 min wait all up. pizza base raw. pizza stone cold. rang to complain offered a replacement i said no i want a refund and you can have wats left of your pizza. we only got two small pizza and garlic pizza base thing (shithouse) between four people for something small to eat as each pizza 6 slices. when the delivery girl returned the refund i answered the door politely and apologised that she had to drive back out. nor apology reciprocated back to me for ruining my dinner. i gave the girl the remaining pizza and she gave my cash back. one box only had one piece left the others only had a few taken out. she then tells me i must pay for the pizza with one slice remaining because it couldn't have been bad if we ate most of it. i explain four people all grabbed a slice at once. she storms off abruptly muttering under her breath. i told her don't sell pizza if u can't make it properly. she reckons dont fuken eat the pizza and ask for a fukn refund... absolute disgusting customer service from the get go from placing the order to complaining to manager to the delivery girl. absolute rudeness no people skills. learn to run a business properly start by learning how to make a pizza then move on to the way you talk to your paying customers.

Literally just got back with my pizza and its going straight in the bin, not even to the dog, absolute garbage!
rang them to complain and specifically said i don't want anything cause this is the 4th time they've sent me home with crap.... never again. funnily enough she said they were shutting early cause they didn't have any orders, what a surprise.
and fyi if you're reading this, you are not the manager, you're the managers daughter and the only reason you have a job is because your mum owns the shop - your attitude stinks as much as your pizza!
and you got 1 star for each cause you can't submit without any....

"give ellenbrook wood fired pizza another try" stated my wife. worst dinner choice she's ever made.
we used to get pizza all the time when the old owners were there (prior to mid 2012).
tried it shortly after the new owners took over and it was terrible. figured they were finding their feet. just had it again tonight (12 months later) and it has gotten even worse. should have trusted the recent reviews on the site. service was fine as was a slow night but pizza is so ridiculously bad. i'm not a fan of dominos but i'll definitely be going there as my local pizza joint from now on. heed my warning pizza fans. you will thank me for this review.

Ordered two pizzas and was told there would be a little wait i said no worries. didn't realise a little wait would mean an hour. the staff were all clearly stressed, shouting at each other and then when it got really busy a few other members came out of the back and started shouting orders. the pizzas tasted okay but not worth an hour wait and whilst we were sat waiting there were various customers calling up wondering where their pizza was which they had ordered to which the response was usually - sorry we don't know what happened you can have a free one next time. i'm guessing this business isn't going to go that great. don't waste your money. i will never ever be going again.

I had been getting pizza from here for awhile now coz they were great. but there service had been disgusting and rude. when they say 20 min, they actually mean a hour. unfortunately this is not a a one off. i truly believe the need to learn customer service skills. i don't appreciate how the staff dealt with the situation, they were extremely rude, not only in their manner but in the way they spoke. i will never use their service again
