I had domino pizzas from other stores many times and this was the first time i had domino pizza from the willoughby store. i and my friend were so disappointed with the two pizzas we bought. they were not just so little ingredients but also hardly able to taste the tomato sauce/paste and cheese. there were many huge bubbles popped up and big fat edge all round due to the lack of sauce, cheese and toppings. the chef was very stingy and tried to cut cost. he was unable to deliver the standard domino pizza and is going to give domino a bad reputation. we won't order any pizza from this store any more.

I walked in to pick up the order, 5 people standing at the counter, 1 on the phone. it was like i was invisible! there was no one else waiting in the shop so it wasn't like i was hidden behind someone. they eventually noticed me after a few awkward moments. pay attention to whats going on in the store!! the previous time i went there, i got two pizzas, one was dried out and the other was missing the pineapple. i called to complain and they offered to give me a new pizza if i came and picked it up! i had just got to my friends house with the pizzas, there was no way i was driving all the way back to get a new pizza. not one person in the store spoke proficient english, so my complain was ignored because they couldn't understand me. they also spoke to each other while i was on the phone, i had to yell to get their attention back to the phone. basically this place is rubbish and i am going to keep reviewing this until something gets done. they have called me and offered me a free pizza...but i didn't get a voucher or anything.

Super late delivery ! with no penalty just because i ordered only one pizza! terrible service! manager should learn to be a better manager and learn the proper and prof. way to speak to the customer!

I ordered a lg. pepperoni pizza and it came, cold, dry and with only 8 slice of pepperoni on it!! yurgh!
