I have submitted a complaint about my order that i placed online with my credit card.
this order was not cancelled by myself but by the rude staff member that i was speaking to 20 min before my husband was due to pick this order up for my family.
i am really disappointed by the service i received and the way i was spoken to and being told "we are happy to lose a customer" is shocking. there is a saying "a happy customer will tell a few people....an unhappy customer will tell many. the staff have little or no people skills when dealing with customers who are supporting their business.
