Worst service i have ever received

I feel a bit sorry for these business owners as they don't really have a clue what the hell they are doing!! after accidentally charging $10 to my credit card, i asked for this to be refunded - no sorry, you will get a store credit. ok, next time i called, i have the credit but can only use it on drinks, not on pizza - what the?? so now i am having to meet with the store owner over $10 next tuesday. this is ridiculous and a waste of time. are these people serious about business?
