I have given domino's craigieburn 3 chances to remedy their pathetic service. instance 1, blue plastic baked throughout the pizza base. instance 2, i was waiting in store to place an order, lady walked in and served her first despite me waiting there for five minutes prior to the lady walking in. i didn't mind until after finally being served and waiting 30 minutes for my pizza's only to be told that they had given my pizza's to a delivery boy by mistake and i'd have to wait for new pizzas to be made. instance 3 happened tonight. i tried their online ordering system. after an hour, their online order said the order was complete (meaning delivered) which was news to me as nothing had arrived. i called the store, they said it was on it's way and the delivery guy left 5-7 minutes ago, despite me living within 2 kilometers. finally got here, pizza lukewarm, not the pizzas i ordered and a fantastic tale told to me by the driver who informed me that they were told of the call i made to complain but that they left 5 minutes before they arrived. i asked how he knew i called since he left 5 minutes before i placed the call, then he changed his mind saying he just thought i would call. . pathetic.
