It all about the pie

Digger's pies are easily the best pies in brisbane. they don't rely on foil trays to avoid disintergrating and most of their pies use lean steak chunks rather than watery mince. many varieties and excellant pastry. we live out at indropilly and frequently make the trip to albany creek just for these pies. service wise and atmosphere... well its a pie shop not a resturant so it gets the job done, they won't wait on you and the tables aren't fancy but ultimately its all about the pie.
